You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.


📦 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In compliance with hygiene standards
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories included

Items that show signs of use, have been washed, or are no longer in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.

💳 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

🚚 SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
